Terms and Conditions

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled arrival will incur NO charges. Cancellation made after this time my result in the amount of the first night's accommodation being charged to the credit card number held on record.
• Cancellations must be done over phone at 03-523-8840 (08:00am-07:30pm), Not Email.
• Maruia Springs is a small unique property and cancellations affect us greatly. Due to our location a cancellation gives us little change of filling the space. We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to there travel plans.
• Due to health and safety requirements no pets are allowed in rooms.
• No visitors are allowed in rooms.
• Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
• Maruia Springs reserves the right to charge for appropriate cleaning and loss of income caused by pets, smoking, any damage, even if it's found after checkout, credit card on record will be charged.
• 1.5% Credit Card Fee applies on all purchases made with a credit card.
