What time can I check-in?

From 3pm on the day of arrival and latest check-in time is 7.30pm. If you arrive early, you can have a soak in the pools until the room is ready.

What time should I check out?

Check out time is at 10.30am.

Can I use the pools after checked out?

Yes, you can use our pools even after you have checked out till noon.

Why are my credit card details required?

Your credit card details are required as a form of deposit and a guarantee against ‘no-show’, which also secures your booking until you arrive.

You can choose your method of payment e.g. cash, a different credit card or the credit card you have used as a guarantee, or EFTPOS when you check in.

If you don’t wish to give us your credit card details, a $50 deposit by direct credit is required to confirm the booking.

What is your cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, you must call us at 03-523-8840 (8am-7.30pm)

• Night before till 8pm – No Charge
• Booked date till 5pm – $50 per room
• Booked date after 5pm is treated as NO SHOW – Full rate

When do I receive my booking confirmation?

Booking confirmation will be sent within 72 hours.

Are pets allowed in the rooms?

No pets are allowed in the rooms.

Do you have Internet access in the rooms?

Internet access is available at the reception $3.00 for 20min. If you have a laptop, it will cost you $5.00 per hour

Is there any kitchen facility in the room?

No kitchen facility, no microwave in the room.

What is included in the tariff?

It includes accommodation and access to rock pools for 24 hours and Japanese bathhouse, use of Kimono and Slippers for 2, 50% discount on Private Spa.
